Who has to submit a compliance statement
You must submit your statement to Communications Compliance if you:
- supply goods or services that another company uses to provide a listed carriage service
- have residential and/or small business consumers
To understand all that you must do, see Chapter 10 of the TCP Code.
When to submit your statement
The deadline depends on how many services you have in operation. You can usually submit the statement online up to 3 months before the deadline.

Providers that operate 3000 services or more have a deadline of 1 September.
