This snapshot, Trends in online behaviour and technology usage, provides insights into Australia’s continuing engagement in the digital environment, and how COVID-19 restrictions introduced in March 2020 have affected participation in online activities. The findings reinforce the key role played by online services and products in the lives of Australians.
This research is part of the ACMA research program, which plays an important role in providing evidence to inform our decision making.
