About the Universal Service Guarantee

The Universal Service Guarantee (USG) protects customers’ access to broadband and voice services. Wherever people live or work, they must have reasonable and equal access to these services.

As Australia's main service provider, Telstra delivers the USG. They have to meet standards to provide:
