Action on interactive gambling: October to December 2025

Of the 483 enquiries and complaints we received, 420 (87%) were valid complaints that we could investigate under the IGA. 

Broken down over the quarter, we received:

• 133 complaints and 13 enquiries in October
• 134 complaints and 35 enquiries in November
• 153 complaints and 15 enquiries in December. 

Make a complaint about a service you think is illegal.

We completed 23 investigations that involved 45 gambling sites. We found one or more breaches of the IGA in every investigation. There were 69 findings of breaches:

• 38 for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers
• 26 for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service to Australian customers
• 5 for advertising a prohibited and/or unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service in Australia.

 Types of breaches

We issued 10 formal warnings to providers:

• BrightStar Digital Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Pokienations).
• Dama N.V. for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Vegas Now, Rooster Bet).
• Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Rocketspin).
• Jade Reef Ventures Corp. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Leon).
• Happy Interactive LLC for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Wombet).
• NovaForge Ltd for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (CrownPlay).
• NovaForge Ltd for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Spinsy, Cashed, Spinight, King Maker).
• NovaForge Ltd for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (QuickWin, Vegasino).
• NovaForge Ltd for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Abu King, BetAlice, Great Win, Nova Jackpot, Power Up Casino, Roby Casino, Winbay).
• Stellar Ltd for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Bass Bett, Frumzi, Legiano).

We reported 133 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers for inclusion in the sites blocked when the filters are installed. 

We have continued website blocking of services found in breach of the IGA. The majority are casino-style services offering games like blackjack, roulette, poker and slots. A number of the sites also provided wagering services without an Australian licence. It is an offence to provide or advertise these types of services to customers in Australia. 

We blocked the following 133 websites. These relate to illegal gambling services, and include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks:
