This report looks at the user experience of BetStop – the National Self-Exclusion Register™ (NSER) registrants.
It examines the effectiveness of the register and provides suggestions for improvement. The research involved a mix of qualitative interviews and a quantitative survey of current and former users.
The research also involved people who gamble but have never registered with the NSER to test awareness of the NSER and views of the service.
