Enquiries and complaints
Of the 411 enquiries and complaints we received, 350 (85%) were valid complaints that we could investigate under the IGA.
Broken down over the quarter, we received 133 complaints and 12 enquiries in July; 110 complaints and 22 enquiries in August; and 107 complaints and 27 enquiries in September.

Investigations
We completed 29 investigations that involved 30 gambling sites. We found one or more breaches of the IGA in 28 investigations. There were 44 findings of breaches:
- 25 for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers.
- 16 for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service to Australian customers.
- 3 for advertising a prohibited and/or unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service in Australia.

We issued 20 formal warnings to providers:

- Adventure One QSS Inc. for providing an unlicensed interactive gambling service (Polymarket).
- Stellar Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Spinanga).
- NovaForge Ltd for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Spins of Glory).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Slot Mafia).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Casino Bello).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Slot Lounge).
- Stellar Ltd for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Spinit).
- Ridley Media N.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Joe Fortune).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Just Casino).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Crown Slots).

We reported 71 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers for inclusion in the sites blocked when the filters are installed.
Website blocking
We have continued website blocking of services found in breach of the IGA. The majority are casino-style services offering games like blackjack, roulette, poker, and slots. A number of the sites also provided wagering services without an Australian licence. It is an offence to provide or advertise these types of services to customers in Australia.
We blocked the following 71 websites. These relate to illegal gambling services, and include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks:
