Enquiries and complaints
Of the 330 enquiries and complaints we received, 292 (88%) were valid complaints that we could investigate under the IGA.
Over the quarter, we received 86 complaints and 12 enquiries in April; 93 complaints and 18 enquiries in May; and 113 complaints and 8 enquiries in June.

Investigations
We completed 20 investigations that involved 24 gambling sites. We found one or more breaches of the IGA in 14 investigations. There were 30 findings of breaches:
- 16 for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers
- 12 for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service to Australian customers
- 2 for advertising a prohibited and/or unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service in Australia.

Enforcement and disruption action
We issued 10 formal warnings to providers:
- Chestoption Sociedad De Responsabilidad Limitada for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (Hell Spin & Vave).
- Sterplay Holding Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Casino Intense).
- Techno Wave Systems SRL for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Bets.io).
- Hollycorn N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Neospin).
- Australia Internet Pokies for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services and publishing designated interactive gambling service advertisements (Best Aussie Pokies).
- Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Casiny).
- Dama N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (RocketPlay).
- Gamusoft LP for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (CSGOFast).
- Moontain Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Skin.Club).
- Dama N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Level Up Casino).
We reported 73 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers for inclusion in the sites blocked when the filters are installed.
Website blocking
We have continued website blocking of services found in breach of the IGA. The majority are casino-style services offering games like blackjack, roulette, poker and slots. A number of the sites also provided wagering services without an Australian licence. It is an offence to provide or advertise these types of services to customers in Australia.
We blocked the following 73 websites. These relate to illegal gambling services, and include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks:
