Action on interactive gambling: January to March 2025

Of the 350 enquiries and complaints we received, 283 (81%) were valid complaints that we could investigate under the IGA.

Broken down over the quarter, we received 116 complaints and 32 enquiries in January; 85 complaints and 17 enquiries in February; and 82 complaints and 18 enquiries in March.

Make a complaint about a service you think is illegal.

We completed 22 investigations that involved 25 gambling sites. We found one or more breaches of the IGA in all investigations. There were 33 findings of breaches:

• 20 for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service to Australian customers
• 12 for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service to Australian customers
• 1 for advertising a prohibited and/or unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service in Australia.

We issued 12 formal warnings to providers:

• Precise IG Solutions B.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (CoinPoker)
• EOD Code SRL for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Instant Casino)
• Willx N.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (CashWin)
• Hollycorn N.V. for providing prohibited interactive gambling service (Crown Slots)
• Moonlite N.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Leon Casino)
• Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Woo Casino)
• Hollycorn N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Billy Billion)
• Bamboo Media for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Ignition Casino)
• Hollycorn N.V. for providing an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (Lets Lucky)
• Jurimae Ltd for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Megabet Prize)
• Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Spirit Casino)
• Anden Online N.V for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Velvet Spin)

We reported 61 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers for inclusion in the sites blocked when the filters are installed.

We have continued website blocking of services found in breach of the IGA. The majority are casino-style services offering games like blackjack, roulette, poker, and slots. A number of the sites also provided wagering services without an Australian licence. It is an offence to provide or advertise these types of services to customers in Australia. 

We blocked the following 61 websites. These relate to illegal gambling services, and include alternate sites set up to evade the blocks:
