The ACMA's long-term strategy for the 803–960 MHz band decision paper

This paper contains a range of decisions on reforms to the structure of the 803–960 MHz band, as well as a detailed plan for the implementation of these reforms. These reforms will help ensure that the public benefit derived from the use of this band is maximised, a key driver for the ACMA in its spectrum management role.
