The APSC guidance relates to new disclosure obligations applicable to Agency Heads. The ACMA has chosen to extend these disclosure requirements to all employees (including those that support the Office of the e-Safety Commissioner) in line with APSC best practice guidance. ACMA Members have also agreed to disclose such benefits in the register. The e‑Safety Commissioner will disclose in a separate register.
