Instructions

1. Go to www.acma.gov.au
2. Click on the Login to ACMA Assist button in the top right-hand corner of the ACMA homepage.
    

3. Click on the links to read about how the ACMA manages your personal information. The documents will open in a new tab. For myID privacy information, refer to the myID privacy policy.
    

   

    

4. Once you have read the information click on the ACMA Assist │ACMA tab to return to the ACMA Assist welcome page.
   
   
    

5. Click on the Sign up or log in button. 
   
    

   

6. Click on the Continue with Digital ID button. You will be redirected to identity.gov.au
   
    
    

   The Log in with your email address option is only available for users with an existing account. New users must log in using their Digital ID.

   
    

7. Click on the Select myID button.
   
   
    
8. Enter the email address you used to set up your myID into the  myID email box.
9. Click on the Get code button. 
   
    
   
   You will be taken to a screen displaying a 4-digit code. 
   
   
    
10. Open the myID app on your phone.
11. Enter the 4-digit code into the text boxes on your phone.
12. Click on the Accept button.
    
    

Your ACMA Assist account is now set up and ready to use. You will be taken directly to the ACMA Assist homepage.
