Varying the Griffith and MIA TLAP

Following consideration of the submission, on 4 December 2025, we made the Television Licence Area Plan (Griffith and the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area) (Consolidation) Variation 2025 (No. 1).

We have also made the transmitter consolidation declarations. These allow WIN Television to transmit services under 2 of its TV broadcasting licences on the same set of transmitters in Griffith and the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area.

We would like to allocate channels to WIN Television so it can transmit services under 2 of its TV broadcasting licences on the same set of transmitters. 

This will not impact the reception of television services for viewers in these licence areas. These transmission arrangements are already in place.
