Remaking instruments for 3.4 GHz spectrum-licensed band

We have remade the spectrum licence technical framework instruments for the 3.4 GHz spectrum-licensed band. These were due to sunset on 1 October 2025.

We believe the sunsetting instruments form a necessary part of the regulatory framework. You can find details and reasoning for the proposed minor changes in the consultation paper.
