Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Standard: Industry guidance

The ACMA has published this guidance to support telcos in implementing the Telecommunications (Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Consumer Protections) Industry Standard 2025

The guidance:

  • sets out our expectations for compliance with the Standard

  • includes case studies to help telcos understand how to meet their obligations in practice.
