Corporate plan 2023–24

Our Corporate plan 2023–24 is the ACMA’s primary planning document and focuses on positioning the agency to achieve its purpose over the next 4 years.

It recognises our rapidly changing operating environment, which is being driven not only by technology developments, but also government reforms and reviews that will shape the regulatory landscape.

Over the next 4 years we will:

  • support an efficient and reliable communications infrastructure
  • build consumer trust in the use of communications content and services.

Our corporate plan also recognises that our skills as a regulator are fundamental to achieving our purpose. We will continue to develop critical capabilities in our workforce, regulatory expertise, data skills and within our digital and ICT environment.

Our Plan on a page 2023–24 summarises key elements of the corporate plan.

The ACMA’s corporate plan is prepared in accordance with paragraph 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and section 56 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005.
