This form is for any person (current staff or general public) to provide information about suspected misconduct, fraudulent activity or corrupt behaviour by the ACMA or eSafety Commissioner staff or contractors.

We receive, triage and assess all allegations of suspected wrongdoing and may refer the information contained in this form to another agency, if required. Information regarding allegations of misconduct, fraud or corruption against other Australian Government agencies or bodies should be reported directly to those agencies or bodies.
