The applicant sought access to all documents recording or relating to the compliance of Stake.com, Medium Rare N.V and EasyGo Solutions Pty Ltd with laws and regulations between 13 March 2024 and 15 August 2025.
114 documents were identified as being within the scope of the request. 14 documents were released in part, subject to the redaction of information that was irrelevant or out of the scope of the request, and information that was exempt under sections 47F and 47G of the FOI Act. The redactions were made in accordance with section 22 of the FOI Act. A further 14 documents that fell within the scope of the request have already been released by the ACMA under a previous FOI request. These documents can be accessed via the relevant disclosure log – see Disclosure Log 172.
