- any warnings, notices, or formal correspondence sent to Starlink or its Australian representatives concerning breach of telecommunications reporting requirements
- internal documents or briefings that mention Starlink's failure to provide consumer complaint data or other compliance matters
- records of meetings or decisions made in response to these compliance issues.
