Log 158: Request for schedule of correspondence relating to the Broadcasting Services Disclosure Standards

The applicant requested a schedule of all correspondence, in the years 2019 to 2022, sent by commercial radio licensees/stations and/or their representatives to the ACMA which dealt with disclosure of commercial interests provisions of the Broadcasting Services (Commercial Radio Current Affairs Disclosure) Standard 2022 and its predecessor, the Broadcasting Services (Commercial Radio Current Affairs Disclosure) Standard 2012.
