Corporate plan 2025–26

Our Corporate plan 2025–26 serves as the ACMA’s primary planning document, outlining our objectives for the next 4 years.

During this period, we will:

  • support an efficient and reliable communications infrastructure
  • build consumer trust in the use of communications content and services.

Our corporate plan also recognises that our skills as a regulator are fundamental to achieving our purpose. We're investing in our people and embracing technologies like AI to enhance our own productivity and understand its impact across the sector. These efforts help ensure we remain responsive to a rapidly evolving operating environment, shaped by emerging technologies, shifting consumer expectations and preferences, and complex global challenges.

We have further refined our performance framework to reflect a more comprehensive coverage of the core activities we undertake and to strengthen alignment with our strategic objectives. 

This plan marks 20 years since the ACMA’s formation – a milestone that reflects 2 decades of navigating rapid technological change and preparing for an even more dynamic future.
