Proposal to vary the Darwin television licence area plan

We want to vary the Darwin television licence area plan (TLAP). This will involve:

• Amending the specifications for 2 sets of television channels. These will each be allotted to 2 licensees, instead of the existing arrangement of one set of channels for a single licensee.
• Amending the specifications of the third set of television channels to state that they are not allotted to any licensee.
• Making other minor amendments to the Darwin TLAP.
