Remaking the Eligible Revenue Determination

After considering the submissions, we made the Telecommunications (Eligible Revenue) Determination 2025.

We thank all those involved in the consultation. 

The Telecommunications (Eligible Revenue) Determination 2015 sets out how the eligible revenue of a participating person for an eligible revenue period is calculated. The determination also fixes when a participating person must give us their written return of eligible revenue.

The instrument is due to be repealed on 1 October 2025. We believe that a new determination needs to be made before the sunsetting date. We propose to make the Telecommunications (Eligible Revenue) Determination 2025.
