Remaking the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2015

We have now made the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2025.

There was one change to the consultation draft. We clarified a condition that requires licensees to obtain approval from the ACMA to operate a transportable CB repeater within a specified distance of a fixed CB repeater station.

The Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Land Mobile Licence) Determination 2015 (Land Mobile LCD) is due to sunset on 1 October 2025.

The Land Mobile LCD sets out conditions on licensees of land mobile licence types.

We believe the Land Mobile LCD forms a necessary and useful part of the regulatory framework. We propose to remake it with minor changes.
