Review of 700 MHz spectrum licence technical framework

After considering submissions, we have finished our review of the 700 MHz spectrum licence technical framework. We remade the following instrument:

You can find a summary of the submissions and our responses in the outcomes paper above. We plan to work with 700 MHz spectrum licensees to update relevant conditions on their licences. 

As part of our work program set out in the Five-year spectrum outlook 2024-29, we have reviewed the 700 MHz band spectrum licence technical framework. The attached consultation paper outlines the reasons for the proposed changes and the possible effects on other services. A copy of the new draft instrument is also available above.
