Proposed remake of the Telecommunications (Types of Cabling Work) Declaration 2013

On 29 February 2024, after considering the submissions, we made the Telecommunications (Types of Cabling Work) Declaration 2024. This replaces the Telecommunications (Types of Cabling Work) Declaration 2013.

The Telecommunications (Types of Cabling Work) Declaration 2013 is due to sunset on 1 April 2024.

We believe the declaration is a necessary part of the regulatory framework. We want to make a new instrument with some minor updates.
