The ACMA Gender Equality Strategy will identify and address gender imbalance across the ACMA, focusing on making better use of existing flexibility arrangements for men and women. The ACMA will drive a supportive, enabling and inclusive workplace culture that seeks to benefit from the advantages of greater gender equality.

The ACMA Gender Equality Action Plan 2017–20, is a high level overview of the 5 key priority areas that the ACMA will focus on as part of implementing the APS Balancing the Future: The Australian Public Service Gender Equality Strategy 2016-19.
