Executive summary

A draft Telecommunications (Emergency Call Service) Determination 2019 (draft Determination 2019) is provided for consideration and comment.

A number of significant changes are proposed, resulting from the ACMA’s consideration of submissions to the first consultation process, undertaken in November 2018.

The major themes identified by the submitters, together with the ACMA’s responses, are included in a separate document.
