Interference to mobile phone networks

Interference to the mobile network can cause mobile calls to drop out. It can also affect data speeds and mobile network performance.

As interference has the potential to prevent calls from being made to Triple Zero, it can pose a serious risk to public safety and lives in an emergency.

When a Mobile Network Operator (MNO) identifies interference to its mobile network, it will try to identify the source.

If the MNO technician identifies that the source of the interference may be located on your property, it may approach you and seek your assistance to resolve the interference.
