Consumer research into telco reforms


The ACMA's latest Reconnecting the Customer research offers additional insights into telco consumers' experiences with their services and providers. It provides the ACMA with important evidence to better understand outcomes from the RTC inquiry and the implementation of a number of consumer protections under the new Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code. The research, undertaken in 2013, therefore provides a baseline for future periodic comparisons.
