Complaints about gambling advertisements on TV and radio
You should complain to the broadcaster first if your complaint is about:
- a gambling ad on TV or radio
- the promotion of live odds during a live sports broadcast.

You can make a complaint directly to the ACMA if you believe that a prohibited or unlicensed interactive gambling service is being provided to Australian customers or advertised in Australia.
