Complaints: gambling ads in live streamed sport

Make a complaint about gambling advertising during live streamed sport

You can make a complaint to the ACMA if you believe a gambling service is being advertised, or live odds promoted, during live streamed sport. See our FAQs for more information about the rules.

Your complaint should be made using this online complaint form, or by post to:

Manager, Interactive Gambling Taskforce
Australian Communications and Media Authority
PO BOX Q500
Queen Victoria Building
NSW 1230

You can complain anonymously if you wish. For more information, view the ACMA’s privacy policy.

Complaints about gambling advertisements on TV and radio

You should complain to the broadcaster first if your complaint is about:

  • a gambling ad on TV or radio
  • the promotion of live odds during a live sports broadcast.

See our broadcasting complaints page for more information.

Complaints about online gambling services

You can make a complaint directly to the ACMA if you believe that a prohibited or unlicensed interactive gambling service is being provided to Australian customers or advertised in Australia.

See our interactive gambling page for more information.
