How SMEs use digital technology
SMEs and digital communication technologies examines the adoption of new technology by small and medium enterprises (SMEs), including the drivers and barriers to take-up. This ACMA-commissioned research will further our understanding of SMEs’ information and communications preferences, and help to tailor future advice and resources.
This qualitative research report is a part of the researchacma program, and will also help inform the ACMA’s broader activities in the facilitation and regulation of consumer protections, and the effective and efficient operation of the communications sector.
