During any year, Australian broadcasters provide hundreds of thousands of hours of television and radio content to millions of Australians. The Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (BSA) establishes a co-regulatory framework that empowers the ACMA to investigate relevant complaints made under the various industry codes of practice.
