Outcome

After reviewing the consultation submissions, we have decided to bring in the proposed changes. The outcomes paper found in the key documents section gives a summary and our response to submissions. It also provides reasoning for our decision.

The issue

As requested by 3.4 GHz spectrum licensees, we have reviewed the licence core condition relating to unwanted emissions. The attached paper outlines the basis for the changes and our analysis of the possible effect on other services.

This includes assessing the potential impact on new and existing fixed satellite earth stations and fixed links in adjacent bands.
