As requested by 3.4 GHz spectrum licensees, we are reviewing the licence core condition relating to unwanted emissions. The attached paper outlines the basis for the changes and our analysis of the possible effect on other services.

This includes assessing the potential impact on new and existing fixed satellite earth stations and fixed links in adjacent bands.
