Outcome
On 9 April 2020 the ACMA made the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation – Human Exposure) Amendment Standard 2020 (No. 1) under the Radiocommunications Act 1992.
The issue
We want to amend the Radiocommunications (Electromagnetic Radiation – Human Exposure) Standard 2014 (the ACMA Standard) to make sure there are supply rules in place for devices operating above 6 GHz.
