Connected citizens: a regulatory strategy for the networked society & information economy
This paper, the third in a series of discussion papers about communications and media regulatory practice, presents a strategy for rebalancing regulatory practice to keep addressing enduring matters of public interest, while dynamically solving contemporary issues. It draws on insights from changing industry structures, citizen behaviours and concerns to discuss how these can be incorporated into a more adaptive and active approach to regulatory practice.
