Can electric fences cause radio and television interference?

The ACMA had a first this month—appearing in Hoofbeats magazine, a magazine for horse owners on riding, training and horse-keeping.

The ACMA doesn't claim to know much about horses, but recently we gave Hoofbeats some advice about electric fences that can cause television and radio interference.

The article below, 'Faulty Fences Can Mean Hefty Fines', appeared in Vol. 34, No. 4, of Hoofbeats.

The same article is also available online via the Farm Style website.
