- Announcement: The Australian Bureau of Statistics has released the Patterns of Internet Usage in Australia 2006 report, which was co-funded by ACMA. The report uses 2006 Census data to examine the socio-economic and geographic factors affecting internet uptake in Australia . It can be downloaded from the ABS website. ACMA has an ongoing program of research in relation to the availability and take up of communication services in Australia. The Patterns of Internet Usage in Australia 2006 report contributes to this body of research. (30 Nov)
