As well as this consultation paper, there will be other processes that impact on the allocation of these two channels.

There will be a paper from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) seeking stakeholders' views on the access regime that will apply to channel B. This paper will be released in mid December 2006. See Chapter 1 for more details.

ACMA plans to finalise and publish guidelines for narrowcasting in mid to late-March 2007. See Chapter 1 for more details.

Comments closed Monday 5 February 2007.
