Attributing ACMA material released under the Creative Commons Licence framework
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) supports and encourage the dissemination and exchange of information. Certain material on the ACMA website is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Australia Licence. The ACMA asserts the right to be recognised as author of the original material in the following manner:

Use of ACMA material licensed under a Creative Commons framework requires you to attribute the work in the manner specified by the ACMA, but not in any way that suggests that the ACMA endorses you or your use of the work. The following is provided to enable you to meet our conditions.
ACMA material used 'as supplied'
Provided you have not modified or transformed the ACMA’s material in any way, such material may be used provided the following attribution is cited:

Derivative material
If you have modified or transformed ACMA material, or derived new material from those of the ACMA in any way, the following attribution must be used:
- Based on Australian Communications and Media Authority data
Material derived by the ACMA from other sources
Some ACMA material made available under the Creative Commons Licence framework is derived from material supplied by other organisations. In these instances, the works will be clearly labelled with the source of the original material. Where use of the material is allowed by licensing, attributions must be as follows:
