Radiocommunications (Emergency Locating Devices) Class Licence 2006

The Radiocommunications (Emergency Locating Beacons) Class Licence 2006 contains the licence conditions, operating requirements and technical parameters associated with the operation of emergency locating devices.

Authorisation under the Class Licence is subject to the equipment and its operation complying with the Class Licence.

The Radiocommunications (Emergency Locating Devices) Class Licence 2006 was registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 on 5 September 2006 and came into effect on 6 September 2006.
