Internet content
The co-regulatory scheme for Internet content was established by the Broadcasting Services Amendment (Online Services) Bill 1999, which amended the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The main provisions of the scheme are set out in Schedule 5 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 commenced with Royal Assent on 11 July 2001.
