National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) helps people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment make and receive telephone calls.

The ACMA no longer manages the NRS contracts, with this role handed over to the Telecommunications Universal Service management Agency (TUSMA) from 1 July 2012. Further information about the NRS can be found at the TUSMA website, or at National Relay Service website.
