The ACMA regulatory arrangements require a supplier to apply a compliance label to a product, before supplying it to the Australian market.
For all ACMA regulatory arrangements, the compliance label is the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM). The RCM must not be applied to a product until the supplier has registered on the national database and complied with all other regulatory requirements.
The zip file contains the RCM in three file formats:
- .eps file—scalable vector graphic, which is suitable for print and techniques including engraving and embossing Save the folder and forward it to your printer or designer.
- .gif—suitable for screen use, such as electronic displays.
- .bmp—suitable for screen use, such as electronic displays.

Under transitional arrangements in place until 29 February 2016, a compliance label may consist of information about the identity of the supplier, together with either the C-Tick or A-Tick compliance mark.
