Band/Channel plan(s)

Segments A (70.00000 to 70.24375 MHz) and G (77.29375 to 77.49375 MHz) of the VHF Mid Band Frequency Band Plan (70 to 87.5 MHz) are available for narrowband area services. Refer to Attachment 1 of the Narrowband area service licensing information paper.

 

Narrowband services are assigned channel bandwidths of 25 kHz.  Where possible, channel centre frequencies should be assigned in accordance with the following formula:

Segment A:        70.00000 + n x (0.02500) MHz, n=1 to 9;

Segment G:        77.30000 + n x (0.02500) MHz, n=1 to 7
